DONE DEAL: Arroyo wins new Liverpool deal and joins Alaves

Alaves have snapped up Liverpool defender Anderson Arroyo.

Liverpool have announced Arroyo has extended his contract.

At the same time, he is loaned out to Alavés - who were relegared from La Liga last season.

The 22-year-old will represent Alavés throughout the coming season.

Last season, Arroyo was with CD Mirandes. The Colombian played 39 matches in the Spanish Segunda Division.

Arroyo has previously also been loaned to clubs such as Real Mallorca, KAA Gent and FK Mlada Boleslav.
