Dominic Solanke is on fire.
The Bournemouth striker may just be one of the most underrated goal-scorers in the Premier League this season.
The Englishman fired home from the penalty spot to double the Cherries’ lead in the second half of a Boxing Day clash with Fulham Tuesday evening, and with the goal Solanke continued his superb scoring streak.
The Vitality Stadium was brimming with celebration as they saw their side get awarded its first penalty in a staggering 66 games.
Solanke’s conversion was his ninth goal in his last eight games, and even saw the 26-year-old move into second in the Premier League scoring charts, joining Mo Salah with 12. Only Erling Haaland has scored more so far this campaign!
He’s one of the most in-form players in the division. Could he be a late shout for Gareth Southgate’s EURO 2024 squad?
