Diogo Jota is set for a first start with Liverpool on Sunday against Aston Villa.
Jota is in line for his first Premier League start for Liverpool at Aston Villa this evening following Sadio Mane's positive test for coronavirus.
Jota joined Liverpool in a £41million move from Wolves only a fortnight ago but has already scored on his Premier League debut as a substitute against Arsenal and then played nearly the full game against the same opposition in the EFL Cup.
Klopp rested most of his first team for that cup-tie but admits he kept Virgil van Dijk and Mo Salah on the pitch for longer than originally intended.
"The actual plan was 45 minutes," he revealed, eventually taking both players off after 62 minutes. The game finished 0-0 after 90 minutes with Arsenal winning penalties.
"If it gets to say 80 minutes, that is when it gets really intense. Until then, it is not a problem at all."
