Technology always seems to get a bad reputation in football; sometimes fair, others not.
But this decision has us asking two questions â what was the linesman watching and where on earth is goalline technology?

Cristiano Ronaldo should have scored a dramatic injury time winner for Portugal in Serbia, yet this was disallowed.
From this angle it looks clear that the ball was over, and with World Cup qualification potentially at risk â the stakes have never been higher.
Ronaldo was then booked for his appeals, before storming off the pitch after throwing his captainâs armband onto the ground.
Questions will need to be answered after this.
