Roma midfielder Amadou Diawara appeared briefly today on Roma TV ahead of Thursday’s Europa League clash against Istanbul Başakşehir.

“We certainly did a good performance on Sunday, especially in the second half,” said the Guinean.

“We went over the match and where we made mistakes – we’ll certainly try to improve. Thursday will be an important match, against a strong team, we have to prepare well for it. All the injured players returning will help us and will give the manager more choices”.
