Denzel Dumfries To Start For Inter Milan In Serie A Clash Vs Udinese, Italian Media Report | OneFootball

Inter wingback Denzel Dumfries is set to start in the Nerazzurri’s Serie A clash at home to Udinese tomorrow evening.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInter1908, who report that the Dutchman will be favoured over Matteo Darmian on the right flank in the Nerazzurri’s starting eleven to face the Friulani.

Dumfries has often been out of Inter’s starting eleven in recent matches, with Darmian having been the player to start in recent Serie A matches against AC Milan and Sampdoria.

However, according to Sky, the 26-year-old will be given the opportunity to play from the start.

Meanwhile, Federico Dimarco will start on the opposite side to the former PSV wingback, and Marcelo Brozovic is set to start in midfield for the first time in five months for Inter.

At the heart of the back three, Stefan de Vrij is set to start his second consecutive match, with Milan Skriniar and Alessandro Bastoni starting either side of him.
