Barcelona sporting director Deco has provided an update on the club’s plans for the summer transfer window.

And the news will no doubt be met with widespread excitement on the part of the Blaugrana faithful.

Despite the 2024/25 campaign having only just come to a close, Barcelona have of course already been linked with a whole host of potential high-profile signings with a view to next season.

The likes of Joan García, Luis Díaz and Marcus Rashford have all been tipped as additions to Hansi Flick’s squad over the last couple of weeks.

Fresh off a domestic treble last time out, the Catalans are evidently not ready to rest on their laurels moving forward.

And if the latest comments on the part of the aforementioned Deco are anything to go by, then as many as four new faces could yet make their way to the Camp Nou before the summer is out.

Speaking during an interview with the BBC, as cited by Diario Sport, early this week, Barca’s transfer organiser-in-chief confirmed that the club are eyeing:

“Two, three or four signings,” albeit without the intention to hit the market ‘like crazy’.
