MIAMI - The 2025 Concacaf Boy´s Under-15 Championship continues with four League A meetings on Wednesday at the FCRF Federation Fields in Alajuela, Costa Rica.
Group A
Nicaragua vs. Panama
The first Group A match of the day sees Nicaragua face Panama in Group A.
Nicaragua will search for its first Group Stage win after a draw and two losses.
Panama will seek to carry on with its positive momentum after bouncing back from its initial loss with a 4-2 against El Salvador. Jasio Jordan, Mauro Ortega, captain Alfredo Maduro, who scored his second goal of the tournament, and Steven Moreno got onto the scoresheet in the win.
Honduras vs. Mexico
Honduras meets Mexico in a battle for the top spot in Group A.
Honduras enters the match motivated after shutting out Nicaragua 3-nil with goals from Jostin Castillo, Jean Rubí and Alejandro Guifarro. Los Catrachos have a perfect record with six points after also winning the team’s opener.
Mexico will aim to extend its unbeaten start after wins in its first two Group Stage fixtures. In its past match, El Tricolor topped El Salvador 4-nil with goals from Robert Oliveras, Patricio Silva, Da’vian Kimbrough and Matthew Arana.
Kimbrough and Arana lead the team in goals with two each, while the backline has been in standout form and hasn’t allowed any goals.
Group B
Saudi Arabia vs. Canada
Saudi Arabia and Canada will open Group B action on Wednesday.
Guest competitor Saudi Arabia will look to bounce back after falling against USA. Canada will eye its first points of the campaign following its loss to Costa Rica.
Costa Rica vs. USA
League A hosts Costa Rica will take on defending champions United States with the Group B lead at stake.
Costa Rica will be in the hunt to extend its perfect start after defeating Canada 1-nil in matchday one with a strike from Brayan Alvarado.
USA will continue its title defense after kicking off with a 2-nil victory over Saudi Arabia. Strikes from Nathan Tchoumba and Vicente Garcia guided the The Stars and Stripes to the three points.
