Chelsea are closing on a deal for Trabzonspor midfielder Abdulkadir Omur, according to media sources in Turkey.
The exciting 21 year-old prospect has been interesting clubs across Europe. The talented winger has been linked with Liverpool in the past and has admitted being a fan of the Reds.
However, Fotorspor via Sport-Express says Chelsea are in talks with Trabzonspor to sign Omur and already have a development plan for him.
It's reported Omur will sign for the Blues and be sent on-loan to CSKA Moscow, should all go to plan. Blues owner Roman Abramovich enjoys a good relationship with the CSKA board.
Chelsea also enjoy good relations with Trabzonspor, where Lewis Baker was placed on-loan this season. Former Blues youth coach Eddie Newton started the season in charge of Trabzonspor after leading them to triumph in the Turkish Cup last term, before losing his job.
Chelsea expect to sign midfielder Omur for €12-13m after Turkey's Euros campaign this summer before sending him to CSKA next season.
