Day 1 in Donaueschingen in the books | OneFootball

The first day of RB Leipzig's training camp in Donaueschingen is done and dusted. With perfect weather, high spirits and excellent conditions, the boys have all they need to continue their preparations for the new season.

Flight down south

The Red Bulls flew from Leipzig to Baden-Württemberg on Wednesday morning, with the flight to Friedrichshafen landing at 11:30 CEST. The team then arrived in Donaueschingen at around midday to a warm welcome.

Before the lads checked into their rooms, a few of them had a game of table tennis.

Yoga to start off training

Ole Werner's team were straight out for training in the afternoon. The players started with a round of yoga at SV Aasen's ground, before completing several drills with the ball.

Mixing things up

Some of the players went straight from training to the golf course. New signing Max Finkgräfe was given a few tips.

Cheering on Giovanna Hoffmann and Germany women

The team ended day 1 together as they watched Germany women's team and RBL striker Giovanna Hoffmann play Spain in the semi-finals of the UEFA European Championship.
