David Wagner directly responded to rumours linking him to the open positions in an interview with German magazine Kicker.
With Antonio Conte set to leave Chelsea, the 46-year-old Huddersfield boss has emerged as a contender for the job.
Niko Kovač is set to take over Bayern Munich, leaving the Eintracht Frankfurt position open. Wagner turned professional as a player with the German club in 1990.
Wagner has been superb since taking over the Terriers in November 2015, guiding them to promotion to the Premier League and has them six points clear of the relegation zone with four matches left to play.
Wagner said, ”Chelsea and Frankfurt interest? I take it for granted. “I speak over every decision with the owners of our team. We have experienced a lot of memorable moments together, we respect and support each other.
“Our aim is to stay in the Premier League. I an not interested in what the press is talking about.”
Huddersfield host Everton on Saturday and could jump to as high as 13th in the Premier League with a victory.
