It’s been hard, and sometimes a little sad, to watch Sheffield United’s David McGoldrick fail to break his Premier League goal duck this season.

The 32-year-old offers so much to Chris Wilder’s team, his link-up play and ability to be an ‘out ball’ have been crucial in the Blades’ stunning campaign.

However, he has been longing for that precious first goal.
