David De Gea has had an unbelievable season for Manchester United.
The Red Devils are now all but certain to finish second in the Premier League but things could all be so different if the Spaniard hadnât had such a stellar season between the posts.
De Gea has collected a Premier League-high 17 clean sheets this season to date and is now sweeping up the individual awards as the campaign comes to a close.
Already named in the PFA Playersâ Team of the Year, the goalkeeper has now been awarded two âsave of the seasonâ accolades for two different saves.
Over the weekend, viewers of Match of the Day voted for his double-stop against Arsenal back in December.
As if that wasnât enough praise, they also voted him in second for a save against Manchester City.

And there was more on Monday, when Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville named this low stop against Liverpool his save of the season.
