David Alaba forced off with serious knee injury

Real Madrid have been hit with a big inury blow on Sunday regarding David Alaba.

The defender seriously injured his knee after it twisted and buckled the wrong way.

He instantly signalled to the bench that he needed to be taken off the pitch and two staff members helped him walk off.

Alaba put no weight on his leg, and initial reports suggest it could be months on the sidelines.

It’s a massive blow for Madrid as they continue to fight for the LaLiga title and Champions League.

The club already has Eder Militao and Thibaut Courtois unavailable due to ACL injuries.
