In taking to the pitch against Juventus on matchday 27 in Serie A, Matteo Darmian made his 100th Inter appearance in all competitions.

100 APPEARANCES

Having developed on the pitches of Rescaldina, a comune that is part of the Metropolitan City of Milan, he progressed through AC Milan’s youth ranks before making his first-team debut. He then wore the shirts of Padova, Palermo, Torino, Manchester United and Parma before moving to Inter in 2020. In his first year with the Nerazzurri, he made 33 appearances and made a significant contribution to the team's Scudetto triumph, scoring two crucial goals against Cagliari and Verona. The following campaign saw him net twice in 36 matches. In addition to the Scudetto, he’s won two Supercoppa Italiana trophies and the Coppa Italia since he’s been at the Club.

So far this season, he’s featured 31 times across Serie A, the Champions League, the Coppa Italiana and the Supercoppa Italiana, scoring twice. One of these goals proved to be the winner against Atalanta in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals.
