Manchester United have had a strong start to the summer, with big additions to both the playing staff and the executive team as INEOS get to grips with turning around the clubâs fortunes.
Today saw two of their EURO 2024 stars return to training in the form of Danish duo Rasmus Højlund and Christian Eriksen, with both players expected to be part of the upcoming USA tour.
Højlund and Eriksen started all four games of Denmarkâs campaign, which ended with a 2-0 loss to hosts Germany in the round of 16, and subsequently had a three-week holiday prior to returning to club duty.
Joining them on the tour is likely to be Scott McTominay, Harry Maguire and Antony, all of whom have not yet featured in Unitedâs pre-season schedule due to either international commitments or injury.
Erik ten Hagâs side will kick off the tour with a game against Arsenal on Saturday in California, before clashes with Real Betis and Liverpool.
