Manchester United have confirmed that Daley Blind has officially completed his return to Ajax.
Blind joins the Eredivisie giants in a deal worth a reported €16m and has signed a four-year deal.
The Dutch international joined United from Ajax in the summer of 2014 and went on to make 141 appearances for the club, scoring six goals.
During his time in Manchester, he helped the club to the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the Europa League.
The 28-year-old was part of Ajax’s last Eredivisie title winning team in 2013/14, and he’ll be hoping his return to the Johan Cruyff Arena provokes a new era of success.
