Cup tie against Stuttgarter Kickers

Eintracht will face SV Stuttgarter Kickers away in the DFB Cup second round, to be played on 18 or 19 October.

Sunday’s draw pitted Eintracht Frankfurt against fifth-tier side SV Stuttgarter Kickers in the second round of the DFB Cup. Board member for sport Markus Krösche: “We’re looking forward to a match between two clubs steeped in tradition. The Kickers did very well in the first round and deserved to progress. Their stadium has a lot of charm. We respect the Kickers but we’re clear in our aim of wanting to reach the next round.”
