Crystal Palace target Maghnes Akliouche is set to stay at current club Monaco despite interest from several clubs this summer.
The Selhurst Park outfit are looking to back Oliver Glasner this summer after Michael Olise left them for Bayern Munich.
Monaco’s 22-year-old French attacker Akliouche is a player Crystal Palace like and they have been linked with him in recent weeks.
Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzig are also claimed to hold an interest in the Monaco man.
Interested clubs, however, are set to face disappointment in their Akliouche chase as the 22-year-old is signing a new contract with the club, according to French sports daily L’Equipe.
His current contract at Monaco expires in 2026 and it has been suggested that his fresh deal will run until 2028.
Akliouche impressed with his eleven-goal contributions last season in just 18 league appearances for Rouges et blancs.
Now it remains to be seen where Crystal Palace will set their eyes next to bring in a quality attacker in the upcoming weeks.
