The Eagles announced news of the transfer via a post on their official club website this afternoon.
Nolan joins Crystal Palace after opting to leave London City Lionesses. The Pride announced the player’s Princes Park departure this morning. Nolan spent three seasons with London City Lionesses in which she made 51 appearances for the club in the Barclays Women’s Championship. The defender has been pushing for promotion with London City Lionesses in the last two seasons and she will be hoping to do the same with new club Crystal Palace.
After securing Nolan’s services for the coming season, Crystal Palace’s Head of Women’s Football, Grace Williams said “I am delighted Hayley has chosen to sign for Crystal Palace.
“Hayley is a player whose talents I have admired for a long time, and as a senior Republic of Ireland international, she brings plenty of experience to our squad for the season ahead. I am sure Palace supporters will join me in lending her a warm welcome to the club.”
Nolan becomes Crystal Palace’s second signing of the summer transfer window following the recent addition of full-back Lia Cataldo.
