Crystal Palace have announced the arrival of goalkeeper Sam Johnstone on a free transfer.
Johnstone, who has featured three times for England at senior level, joins Palace on a four-year deal following the expiry of his contract at West Brom.
“I’m really excited to be here at Crystal Palace. It’s a great club with fantastic facilities and brilliant supporters – I can’t wait to get started,” said the 29-year-old.
Johnstone is Patrick Vieira’s second signing of the window following the arrival of Malcolm Ebiowei, with Lens midfielder Cheick Doucouré expected to be announced soon.
