Crystal Palace complete signing of Colombia international

Crystal Palace have announced the arrival of Daniel Muñoz from Genk for a reported £8m.

The 27-year-old operates as a right-back and is a Colombia international, having earned 23 caps to date.

He has signed a three-and-a-half year deal at Selhurst Park which includes an option for a further season.

Muñoz is a notable attacking threat going forward, having scored seven times and provided two assists for the current campaign.

He joins compatriot Jefferson Lerma in becoming the Eagles’ second Colombian player.
