And the controversial hair style has now claimed its most high profile victim yet in Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese superstar won Best Men’s Player of the Year at the Globe Soccer Awards over the weekend and at the ceremony in Dubai, he took the chance to show off his new look.
It’s a “no” from us, and it’s fair to say Ronaldo’s trim divided opinion on Twitter too …
