Maurizio Sarri’s side are looking to close the gap on league leaders Inter with three points at the Allianz Stadium.
Juve are coming off the back of a narrow away win at Brescia in midweek and Sarri has opted to make a number of changes from that side.
Ronaldo takes Gonzalo Higuain’s place in attack with Paulo Dybala and Aaron Ramsey in support.
The coach has also opted to swap both full-backs with Juan Cuadrado and Blaise Matuidi replacing Alex Sandro and Danilo.
Gianluigi Buffon also starts in goal, playing his 903rd game as a professional.
