Cristiano Ronaldo walked down the tunnel before the end of the game in Manchester United’s win over Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday evening.
United won 2-0 in the Premier League clash at Old Trafford.
Fred gave United a deserving lead in the 47th minute.
Jadon Sancho teed up the Brazilian outside the box and his effort found the back of the net via a heavy deflection.
Bruno Fernandes then doubled his side's lead in the 69th minute.
The Portuguese midfielder found space inside the box and curled his effort past Hugo Lloris and into the top corner.
There were no further goals as United clinched a vital three points.
Ronaldo scored a brilliant hat-trick in the fixture between the two sides last season.
But, after starting last weekend against Newcastle, Ronaldo was relegated to the bench once more against Tottenham.
Erik ten Hag decided against using Ronaldo for the game at Old Trafford and instead subbed on Christian Eriksen, Anthony Elanga and Scott McTominay.
The 37-year-old was apparently not very happy with his lack of game-time and walked down the tunnel before the match had ended.
Ronaldo could be seen making his way back to the dressing room in the 89th minute. View some footage of the moment below...
That isn't the best look for Ronaldo.
Henry and Evra were both covering the game as pundits for Amazon Prime Sport and they spoke about Ronaldo's actions towards the end of the match.
Both pundits agreed that Ronaldo's actions were not of great importance and shouldn't detract from what was a great performance and three points for the Red Devils.
Evra added: "Everyone is different. I want to stay on the United performance. It's not to protect Ronaldo or whatever. Maybe he said to Ten Hag: 'I'm going inside to do some treatment' or whatever. I don't want to finish any excuse, but I want to focus more on the performance from United. We need to stop talking every day about Cristiano."
