Real Madrid and world football icon Cristiano Ronaldo has requested those behind the scenes at Al-Nassr to bring Liverpool star Luis Díaz to the club this summer.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who have this week provided an insight into the situation.

The name of wide-man Díaz has of course dominated the media headlines across Europe over the course of the summer to date.

This comes with the Colombian international having made clear his openness to a move away from Anfield.

To date, Barcelona and Bayern Munich, in turn, have been the clubs most heavily linked with a move for Díaz.

As alluded to above, though, this week, interest in the former Porto man from an altogether different area of the globe appears to be mounting.

As per a report from Sport, after being afforded a more prominent role in transfer planning following his recent contract renewal:

‘Cristiano Ronaldo has asked Al-Nassr for the signing of Luis Díaz. He wants the Colombian starting from the wing to serve him balls.’

Not only that, but it is also suggested that Al-Nassr could be willing to meet Liverpool’s massive €100 million demands for the explosive attacker.
