Belgium's Euro 2020 round of 16 victory over Portugal came at a cost.

The night was soured by injuries to two key players. Manchester City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne and Real Madrid's Eden Hazard both suffered issues at La Cartuja.

De Bruyne was forced off at the start of the second half with an ankle injury after a strong challenge from Joao Palhinha, before Hazard also had to come off later into the half.

The Real Madrid man pulled up holding the back of his right thigh, before Thibaut Courtois commented on the situation at full time.

"It doesn't look good," Courtois said, while coach Roberto Martinez said that the forward will go for tests on Monday.

Hazard's injury comes after he had shown signs of regaining his rhythm and his best form in recent weeks on his return to the national team.
