Corinthians have signed Colombian wonderkid Juan David Torres from Superliga Argentina side Banfield for an undisclosed fee.
The left-footed player is versatile and can play on the wing, as a striker, or as an attacking midfielder.

Torres signed his first professional deal last year and is expected to link up with the Corinthians U-20s.
“It’s a big step in my football career to come to this country and especially this club,” Torres told Colombian newspaper El Heraldo.
“This (the Brazilian Serie A championship) is a league that I believe will help me to develop my football and I’m going to give all I’ve got to succeed at Corinthians.”
According to the Colombian newspaper El Heraldo, Banfield will be entitled to a percentage of any future sale of the player.
