Liverpool are making Neco Williams aware for loan.
The Mirror says Williams go out on loan next season to help increase his pitch-time ahead of the World Cup.
The 21-year-old has spent the past two seasons playing second fiddle to Trent Alexander-Arnold and is eager to up his minutes in the build-up to the tournament.
Therefore, Liverpool have told the Wales international that he can leave the club on a temporary basis this summer
He could sign for either Nottingham Forest or Fulham during the summer transfer window as both clubs have registered an interest in his services. Williams helped Fulham to promotion last season.
However, Forest boss Steve Cooper knows Williams well - having spent three years as the manager of Liverpool's academy.
