Antonio Conte has identified Arturo Vidal as one of his final transfer targets for Inter this month, Tuttosport confirmed today.

The Nerazzurri stand a realistic chance of securing the Barcelona midfielder after coming close to signing him last summer.

Vidal is not certain to stay with the Catalan giants and could make the switch to Serie A if Joao Mario and possibly Borja Valero leave.

Mario and Ivan Perisic are both receiving interest from Monaco and are expected to depart in the next four weeks.

Inter have already secured a couple of lucrative sales this week as they seek extra transfer funds for Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio.

George Puscas officially completed a move to Reading yesterday while Ryan Nolan and Facundo Colidio will join Leeds this evening.

Vidal provided three goals and seven assists last season as Barcelona won another La Liga title and reached the Champions League semi-finals.

He spent three years working with Conte at Juventus and is known to be one of the new Inter coach’s favourite disciples.
