West Ham United have confirmed that Conor Coventry has left the club on a permanent switch to Charlton Athletic.

The boyhood Hammers fan joined the club as a 10-year-old and made 10 first-team appearances, but with his contract set to expire at the end of the season, he has left for the Addicks in search of more opportunities.
