Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has named his starting line-up for today’s FA Cup final against Manchester City at Wembley Stadium.

The Red Devils lost to the Cityzens at the same stage of the competition last term. They will be aiming to avenge the result by winning a 13th FA Cup title.

Ten Hag has made two changes from the 2-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion on the final matchday of the Premier League season.

Raphael Varane has got the nod to partner Lisandro Martinez in the heart of the backline. Casemiro has not made the matchday squad.

The other change is in the frontline. Marcus Rashford looks primed to start on the left wing. Amad Diallo has been benched for the Englishman’s return.

It was reported that Casemiro could be dropped from the starting line-up, having missed some training sessions this week. He now appears to have picked up a muscle issue in the warm-up.

Amrabat has a huge job on his hands in the defensive midfield role. The Moroccan had a couple of good games against Arsenal and Newcastle United earlier this month.

However, the 27-year-old was completely outclassed by Brighton’s midfielders last weekend. He struggled to cope with the high press. He will face something similar and needs to step up.

Confirmed Man Utd line-up (4-3-3) vs Man City: Andre Onana; Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez, Diogo Dalot; Sofyan Amrabat, Kobbie Mainoo, Scott McTominay; Alejandro Garnacho, Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford.
