With exactly an hour to go until tonight's kick-off, Eintracht Frankfurt head coach Dino Toppmöller has announced his starting eleven to take on a Slavia Prague team who hold an eight point advantage over Viktoria Plzen at the top of their domestic league.
The club from the Hessen state remain unbeaten thus far in the Europa League, but it could be said that they have saved their best performances for the Bundesliga rather than their European duties. A 3-3 draw with Plzen was followed up by a 3-1 win over Besiktas and a narrow 1-0 triumph over minnows Riga FS.
Tonight, Frankfurt make four changes to their winning line-up which blew Bochum away 7-2 on Saturday. Arthur Theate comes in at left-back alongside Robin Koch, Tuta, and Nnamdi Collins. Hugo Larsson replaces Skhiri in the double six to partner Mo Dahoud.
Moving into the attacking third and Ansgar Knauff plays off the right with the experienced Mario Götze getting the nod over Jean-Matteo Bahoya. Finally, Can Uzun starts over Hugo Ekitiké in a strike partnership with Omar Marmoush.
As for the visitors, they come into the game after a disappointing 1-1 stalemate away to ninth-place Hradec Kralove last weekend. Head coach Jindrich Trpisovsky has opted to start with a 4-5-1 formation including seasoned Czechia internationals like full-back Tomas Holeš, as well as Lukas Provod and promising Greek star Christos Zafeiris both in midfield.
Official lineups below:
Eintracht Frankfurt (4-2-2-2): Trapp (c) - Collins, Tuta, Koch, Theate - Dahoud, Larsson - Knauff, Götze - Uzun, Marmoush
Slavia Prague (4-5-1): Kinsky - Holeš, Ogbu, Zima, Boril (c) - Michez, Dorley, Provod, Zafeiris, Diouf - Chorý
