With just over an hour to go until kick-off, Eintracht Frankfurt head coach Dino Toppmöller has announced his starting eleven to take on Hungarian club side Ferencváros. The team from the city of Budapest are currently sitting in second place domestically with a game in hand after 17 rounds, and with 9 points from six Europa League outings stand every chance of advancing to the knockouts.
As for Frankfurt, they come into tonight in sixth place in the overall standings and can start to dream of a top-eight finish with a path straight to the quarter finals with victory tonight. Omar Marmoush has since departed for Manchester City who coughed up €70million for the Egyptian, but there remains an abundance of talent within the Hessen club's ranks.
Tonight, Dino Toppmöller makes two changes to their line-up which defeated a struggling Borussia Dortmund 2-0 last Friday night. Kevin Trapp captains the side starts between the sticks while Tuta comes in to join Robin Koch and Arthur Theate in the three-man backline.
In midfield, Ellyes Skhiri and Hugo Larsson continue their partnership in the center of the park with Rasmus Kristensen and Ansgar Knauff on the flanks. Can Uzun is the second alteration who lines up with Mario Götze with Hugo Eketiké leading the line as expected.
As for the visitors, former Republic of Ireland striker and top-scorer Robbie Keane has taken over as head coach. Ferencváros come into the game somewhat cold having not played a competitive fixture since mid December prior to a lengthy winter break. The Irishman starts with a 4-3-3 formation tonight. Shot-stopper Dénes Dibusz captains the side while striker Barnabás Varga will look to add to his 5-goal Europa League tally tonight.
