After a narrow defeat away to local rivals Liverpool three weeks ago, Moyes and Everton have got their mojo back with four points out of a possible six from games against Arsenal and Nottingham Forest.
Manchester City saw Phil Foden and Manuel Akanji return to full training this week whilst the quartet of Rodri, Erling Haaland, Nathan Ake and John Stones stay out of contention for the 2023 treble winners.
Ederson suffered an injury in City’s victory against Palace and Guardiola confirmed in a press conference on Friday the Brazilian will remain unavailable against Everton, which is likely to see Stefan Ortega Moreno come in for the 31-year-old.
