The 2023 MLS season is fast approaching and clubs throughout the league are starting to show how they'll be dressing for the action.
MLS kits run for two seasons, so a number of teams will be donning the same jerseys they did in 2022. However, there are plenty that will be revealing a new look, which is always exciting for supporters.
Already, we're starting to get a first taste of the fresh new kits we'll be seeing in 2023, so let's take a look at what we know so far...
After two years with the BLVCK Kit - loved by some, nicknamed the 'Five Strings' by others - Atlanta United are returning to their roots with a throwback to their first-ever home jersey worn by their 2018 MLS Cup-winning side.
It's a two-black, three-red striped number with a gold trim, and fans are already showing their support for the new twist on an old look - though it is curiously missing the star signifying their MLS Cup win at present.

Interestingly, Vazquez took the selfie alongside Atlanta United defender and former teammate Miles Robinson, who is wearing something very similar to the leaked Five Stripes kit detailed above.

Toronto FC appear to be taking a sharp turn when it comes to their look in 2023/24, adopting black and dark grey hoops as the base, which is bold considering they're nicknamed 'The Reds'.
Red is, of course, still present in the form of stripes between the hoops and on the arms.
The fan reaction to this effort has, so far, been rather negative.
