The first round of the Serie A Femminile eBay 2024/25 has drawn to an end and now it's time for the Poule Scudetto. Inter lost in their first match, 2-1 away to Roma.

THE REGULAR SEASON

Having taken 38 points in their 18 regular-season games, Inter Women go into the Championship Round in second place. As well as the Nerazzurre, contesting the Scudetto are: Juventus (45 points), Roma (35 points), Fiorentina (28 points) and AC Milan (25 points). The Nerazzurre won eleven of those 18 matches, drawing five and losing two. They scored 34 goals in the regular season and conceded 14 - making them the best defence in the league so far this campaign. With six goals to her name, Lina Magull is Inter's top goalscorer this season to date. After 18 matches, the side have recorded eleven wins, five draws and two defeats. As stated above, Inter Women have a bye-week for the first matchday of the Championship Round. The first game for Piovani’s side will be away at Roma, before they return to home turf at the Arena Civica on Sunday 16 March.

CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND 2024/25 | FORMAT

The ten sides will carry over their points in the table, as well as goal difference and head-to-head. Should two or more sides finish on equal points at the end of the round, the points and goal difference from four head-to-heads, two in the first phase and two in the second phase, will be taken into account. The top three sides will take part in the UEFA Women's Champions League 2025/26 (the first-placed side will directly qualify for the League Phase given the reform to the women's European competitions which also includes the addition of the UEFA Women's Europa Cup), while the last-placed side in the Relegation Round will go down to Serie B. Three sides will come up from the second division for a Serie A 2025/26 with twelve sides.
