Serie A side Como have been trying to sign Alvaro Morata and now, they have all but sealed a deal for the Spaniard.

Manager Cesc Fabregas shared the dressing room with the striker during their time together at Chelsea are a step away from being reunited at Como.

La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that Morata has given his willingness to play for the club and now, an agreement can be reached between Como and Milan.

Morata spent the second half of last season on loan at Galatasaray but the agreement will expire at the end of this month. The Spaniard is not in Milan’s plans for next season, even if Max Allegri had the player during his time at Juventus.

Fabregas wants the forward more and has expressed his willingness to sign his ex-teammate, who had a worrying first half of last season at the Rossoneri. Como will be his third club in Serie A.
