Vincenzo Italiano’s comments on the 2-2 draw at the Sinigaglia: “I want to talk about the positives: the attitude of our substitutes, the chances we created at the end, and the draw secured despite being 2-0 down with 15 minutes to go. Santiago Castro in particular deserves high praise: a forward’s task is always hard, especially when facing away from the goal. He had a great game, scoring one goal and assisting the other, among other things. However, I was not happy about the many mistakes we made whilst having the ball, and the many situations where we had to tire ourselves out chasing after Como. You just can’t waste chances like that. Anyway, we fought back hard and we must carry the morale and positivity with us going into Wednesday’s game.
