Columbus Crew's Leagues Cup quest continues as the reigning MLS Cup champions play host to NYCFC this weekend at Lower.com Field.

The Crew are coming off a 3-2 comeback victory over current Leagues Cup holders Inter Miami. Wilfried Nancy's team found themselves in a hole down 2-0 in the second half before Christian Ramirez and Diego Rossi turned the match around in favor of the Crew to secure their place in the Quarter-finals.

NYCFC took down one of the tournament favorites in Liga MX giants Tigres 2-1 to claim their place in the next round of Leagues Cup. Tigres' Guido Pizarro opened the scoring in the first half but NYC responded through Maxi Moralez before Santiago Rodriguez found the winning strike late on to lift the Blues to victory.
