CM: Milan’s chances of signing Lyon midfielder in January versus next summer | OneFootball

There is virtually zero chance that AC Milan bolster their midfield with the signing of Houssem Aouar in January, according to a report.

With the winter transfer window just over a month away the number of rumours linking players with a move to Milan is beginning to grow and one of the main ones is surrounding Aouar and a potential move to Italy.

Calciomercato.com writes that Aouar is one of the many possibilities that has emerged in recent weeks for the Milan management, who are evaluating various options to reinforce the squad in the coming months.

However, they add that the chances of a move to the Rossoneri in January are almost zero contrary to what has been reported by other sources regarding a cut-price winter deal being possible.

Despite this, the source states that there are ‘a few more’ chances for the summer window when he will be free from contractual obligations with Lyon, meaning he is available on a Bosman.
