CM: Milan will make a new approach for De Ketelaere in the coming days | OneFootball

AC Milan are set to make a fresh approach for Club Brugge midfielder Charles De Ketelaere with the backing of the club hierarchy, a report claims.

As has been reported by Calciomercato.com this evening, the Rossoneri are very serious about bringing De Ketelaere to the club as soon as possible and they have not been deterred by the first bid being rejected.

Milan made an opening bid of €20 million for the Belgian youngster but Club Brugge quickly rejected the bid. They want to receive at least €30 million for him but they will likely end up requesting €35 million.

Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara will not be put off and they are already preparing to increase their offer and present it to the Belgian champions.

They are able to do this as there is complete backing from those at the top of the club that De Ketelaere is worth the financial investment that it will take.
