Nottingham Forest would prefer to sell winger Josh Bowler amidst interest from Preston North End and Hull City, according to journalist Alan Nixon.
Bowler spent last season on loan at Cardiff City and is not part of Nuno Espirito Santo’s plans at the City Ground.
He has a year left on his contract and the winger is attracting serious interest from Hull and Preston ahead of Friday’s transfer deadline.
With only a year left on his contract, Nottingham Forest have no plans to again loan him out in the ongoing transfer window
The Premier League side would prefer to sell him and have been approached by Hull and Preston for the transfer of Bowler.
The two Championship clubs are hoping to agree a fee with Nottingham Forest ahead of the end of the transfer window on Friday night.
Bowler is keeping his options open and is keen to hear the pitches from the two Championship clubs.
He is likely to demand information about how he is seen fitting in to the respective teams before choosing his next club in the next three days.
