THE GAME

For the third time this season Club Brugge opens the matchday on Friday in the Jupiler Pro League. Tonight at 20:45 Cercle Brugge is our guest at Jan Breydel.

THE OPPONENT

It hasn't been the brightest start for Cercle with five points and a current 16th place. Last week they drew level at home against Zulte Waregem, just like the week before against KV Mechelen. Cercle lost its games against Genk, Standard and Westerlo but managed to keep all three points home following a 1-0 win over Anderlecht.

There isn't a single player at Cercle who scored more than one goal so far. Kévin Denkey did provide two assists of the three goals Cercle scored so far.

Last weekend Ayase Ueda scored his first goal for Cercle. The Japanese moved to Brugge this summer for a fee of 1,3 million euro.
