Club América 'reach agreement' for LAFC winger Brian Rodríguez

The rumour mill has linked Club América with a move for Los Angeles FC ace Brian Rodríguez in recent weeks.

And now according to a report from ESPN, the two sides have reached an agreement for the 22-year-old winger.

Since joining the MLS club Rodríguez has become a key attacking threat on the left flank for Steve Cherundolo’s side.

His potential move to the Mexican league could be of use for América as well with sole left-winger Roger Martínez currently injured.

To date, he has made 63 appearances for LAFC registering nine goals and 14 assists in addition to 17 appearances and three goals for Uruguay.
