After the departure of Sebastián Córdova, little has been mentioned over the potential arrival of Jonathan dos Santos.
However, América are said to be close to finalising his signing as the footballer was believed to be fine-tuning some details with the directors.

W Deportes confirmed this Wednesday morning that the move is practically a done deal so that Santiago Solari can count on having the midfielder next season.
In the next few days, the former LA Galaxy player will be arriving in Mexico City to perform medical examinations.
The former Barcelona and Villarreal midfielder captained the Galaxy the last season and a half, appearing 26 times and scoring once.
