Clement Lenglet is a professional footballer who operates as a centre-back for Tottenham Hotspur and the France national team. He is currently playing on loan at Spurs from Barcelona and deserves credit for making himself a crucial member of Antonio Conte’s match-day squad. The gifted centre-back is currently hoping to serve an important role for France in the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Lenglet was born in Beauvais, France and joined AS Nancy’s youth set-up as a teenager but came through their ranks and made a real impact for their senior team. He earned a switch to Sevilla back in 2017 and sealed a big move to Barcelona a year later.
The French talent began his Barca career well but struggled to play a prominent role for them in recent years. The Catalan side decided to loan him out to Tottenham Hotspur last summer.
Lenglet is currently enjoying his football at the North London club but is still not a regular starter in Conte’s first XI.

Lenglet’s current net worth is estimated to be €18m. His current contract at Barcelona is set to run out in the summer of 2026. The Frenchman is earning €3m per year for his services as a central defender at the Nou Camp. It is understood that Spurs are paying him a similar amount for his loan spell with them this season.
Lenglet’s market value at the moment is believed to be £10.80m, according to transfermarkt. He has previously signed a major endorsement deal with Nike and has been seen driving an Audi car.
Lenglet’s net worth at the moment is in the region of €18m. He is making €3m every year for playing at Barcelona and also, while on loan at Tottenham Hotspur. His current deal with the Catalan club is set to expire in 2026, so we can expect his net worth to grow even more when he hits the peak stage of his playing career in the coming seasons.
