A career milestone for Claudio Ranieri and a historic night for Roma took place as the Giallorossi smashed their city rivals 2-0.
Ranieri’s men were in fact able to end on the winning side of the Derby della Capitale with Lazio.

The veteran technician returned for his fourth derby as the head coach of Roma.
As reported by Opta Paolo, Ranieri became the first coach in the history of Serie A to win all of his first four Derby della Capitale games while in charge of Roma.
