Joleon Lescott and Pablo Zabaleta will join Natalie Pike in the studio in Green Bay ahead of kick-off.
The former City duo will also offer their expert analysis at half-time and on full-time after our clash with the Bundesliga champions.
"(Julian Nagelsmann) is a really, really young manager but with enough experience at RB Leipzig and he is at Bayern, where demands are high.
"He did really well last season winning the Bundesliga, and the standards at Bayern Munich are so, so high. You have to do more, and more next season.
"Bayern is always a strong team. Not just the titles, (but) the quality of their play. They will find solutions.
"The heart of the team is still there – Manuel Neuer, Joshua Kimmich.
"Sadio Mane is an exceptional player in all senses. De Ligt is a young player, but (they are) two really good signings. That’s normal."
City have no reported injuries ahead of the game.
Leroy Sane could face his former employers for the first time since leaving City in 2019 while new signings Sadio Mane and Matthijs de Ligt should feature for the German side.
Bayern won their first US tour match 6-2 against DC United on 21 July, with Mane on target less than four minutes into his debut.
City and Bayern Munich last met competitively in November 2014, when Sergio Aguero scored twice in the final six minutes to beat Pep Guardiola’s side 3-2 at the Etihad.
The Blues had trailed 2-1 and were heading out of the Champions League, but Aguero levelled on 85 minutes and scored again a minute into added time to secure a dramatic victory.
The teams have met six times in the Champions League, each winning three times and neither side has managed successive wins against the other.
