With only one point separating the league leading Londoners and third-placed Blues, it points towards an exciting affair in Manchester.

The fixture represents the second time we will have faced Mikel Arteta’s side this season after we suffered a narrow 1-0 loss in October’s reverse fixture.

However, City enter the meeting currently enjoying a 22 match unbeaten run in all competitions as we approach the business end of 2023/24.

With the all-important season run-in coming into focus, there are plenty of decisions FPL managers need to make ahead of Saturday 30 March’s 11:00 (UK) deadline.

CITY STARs

Kevin De Bruyne (£10.5m) is a man for the big occasion and they don’t come much bigger than Man City v Arsenal in Gameweek 30 of Fantasy Premier League.

Since returning from injury De Bruyne has produced five returns in seven appearances. Indeed, since Gameweek 21 no midfielder has surpassed his five assists and he is comfortably ahead for big chances created, with eight.

With Erling Haaland (£14.3m) having returned in five of his last seven home matches and Phil Foden (£8.1m) recording two double-digit returns in his last three outings, these two will be looking to capitalise on De Bruyne’s creativity.

De Bruyne has a great record against Arsenal. He registered both a goal and an assist against the London club on each of his last two league encounters with them.

ONE TO WATCH

Martin Odegaard (£8.5m) is the opponents’ in-form player. The Norwegian has struck double-digit returns in each of his last three Premier League away matches.

DIFFERENTIALS

Elsewhere, Chelsea’s Cole Palmer (£5.7m) could shine against Burnley. The former City Academy graduate produced his seventh double-digit score of the season against Newcastle on his last appearance.

Meanwhile, Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz (£4.6m) has amassed 57 points since Gameweek 23, he faces Sheffield United next.
